All sales made through The Wardrobe Studio are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchase.

Before You Buy
Please carefully review all photos, videos, and item descriptions provided before completing your purchase. Each piece is inspected and described to reflect its true condition, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to buying if you require further detail or additional images.

Faulty Items
If you believe an item has arrived faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us at info@thewardrobestudio.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will advise on the appropriate next steps.

Consigned Items
As a consignment platform, all items are pre-owned and sold on behalf of their original owner. Minor signs of wear consistent with an item's described condition do not qualify as faults.
